hemp hummus
1 can garbanzo beans, drained
and rinsed
2 tablespoons tahini
*1/4 cup hemp seeds, hulled
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup lemon juice
Combine
all the ingredients in a food processor and mix until smooth and fluffy. Serve with
fresh veggies, seed crackers, or pita chips.
