corn and bean salsa.

corn and bean salsa

1 can organic corn
1 can organic black beans
1/2 red onion finely chopped
3 organic roma tomatoes chopped
1/2 bunch cilantro chopped
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
3 tablespoons lime juice
2 large avocados chopped


Mix all of the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Chill for an hour and serve with warm tortilla chips.
